Guest suites are each a haven … extremely
comfortable, very private and are tastefully
decorated with gorgeous ensuite, king or queen bed,
TV/video, cotton sheets, fridge, tea/plunger coffee,
toiletries, hair dryers & pool towels.
All have private entrances & decks with table &
chairs. Your room is serviced daily unless
requested.
Extravagant alfresco breakfasts
(tables for two) are served on the top terrace
overlooking the lagoon, or by the log fire in the
guests lounge in winter.
A gourmet affair that changes daily and consists of
3 courses … freshly squeezed juice … something
fruity … the daily delicacy … a toast basket with
tea or plunger coffee.
Lawns and terraced gardens lead downhill to a
13m salt-water pool, a large lily filled lagoon with
waterfalls and a Koi pond at the bottom of the
property. The pool area and upper terraces are
ingeniously lit and wired for sound.
An adobe
BBQ area is situated on the mid–terrace level,
overlooking the pool, and has a 5 burner BBQ (with
hood), a full fridge/freezer and all the utensils,
crockery and cutlery that you will need to cook a
feast. A BBQ can be arranged … we will supply
everything you need, set the table and leave you in
peace to cook the meat at your leisure.
Enjoy an
Aveda massage by the pool or in the privacy of your
own deck. View a video, play a game, select a
magazine or book from the guests’ library. The guest
lounge, with its fireplace, timber/leather
furniture, games and library is a cosy place to
spend a winter afternoon or sip a pre-dinner drink.
Beautiful
Sapphire Beach, with views to the Solitary Islands,
is only 3 min and just 10 min from the holiday
wonderland of Coffs Harbour. Whale watching is a
must (in season). The scenic inland drive through
the Bellinger Valley to the Dorrigo Plateau is a
popular day trip. Within an hours drive you can
experience the thrill of white water rafting,
kayaking, abseiling, rock climbing, mountain biking
or take a bush walk through the protected
rainforests on the Dorrigo Plateau.
