Minimum stay of two nights

Single night surcharge of $35.00
applies to all single night
bookings.

A deposit of 50% of the total
cost of the accommodation, made
by Credit Card (unless otherwise
agreed) is payable at the time
of confirmation of the booking.

Transfer of accommodation dates,
requested a minimum of 14 days
prior to the check-in date, may
be made dependent upon
availability, without penalty.

A Cancellation, in part or full
of the number of room nights
booked, requested a minimum of
14 days prior to check-in, will
not incur a penalty.

A Cancellation, in part or full
of the number of room nights
booked, requested less than 14
days prior to check-in, will
incur a penalty of 50% of the
cost of the accommodation
cancelled.

Any Variations made after
check-in will be charged as if
the booked accommodation was
occupied.

Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa are
all acceptable as is cash.

Smoking is not permitted
anywhere under the roof in
Sandholme Guesthouse.

Children under 12 years are
generally not catered for.
