area downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom above.

Rosebank has expanded into Smithton with Rosie's, a
self-contained two storey timber cottage in the
heart of town. There's a twin bedroom upstairs (and
a window box full of colour), and a queen size four
poster bed downstairs.
Rosie's cottage also features a full length bath,
laundry, large lounge equipped with Television and
CD, a kitchen with all the modern conveniences, and
a courtyard outside featuring a barbecue area.
