Deposit & Cancellation fee policy: A deposit of 50% of the total cost of accommodation booked, or a current credit card number, is required to secure your booking. In the case of cancellation, deposit is refundable if 2 days notice of cancellation has been given, however, if other bookings have been declined deposit is non-refundable. If a current credit card number is held as deposit no amount is debited to the card before your arrival, however, without prior cancellation of booking, or under the above cancellation conditions, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of accommodation booked will be debited to your card.

Final payment: Cash, cheque or travellers cheques preferred. We are quite happy to accept credit card payment, unfortunately though we will need to pass on related charges. We do not charge/collect GST.
